Digital Download File Purchases

Digital listings are digital files, typically in zipped format and do not contain any physical items. Since the files are downloadable, nothing will be mailed or shipped to you. You will receive a link to your purchase, and you can also access the digital files from your registered store account. For more info on ZIP Files please visit the topic on our FAQ page.

All digital files are available for download after payment is processed. Since the product is digital, no physical items will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of my font and digital and printable products, I have a strict no-refund policy.

All digital products are thoroughly tested and vetted prior to listing to ensure that there are no issues. Customers should know and understand how to use what they are purchasing.
