Physical Product Purchases
The Giclee printing process uses 100% archival inks in a large format printing process. This process creates very high quality reproductions of photos and artwork, and by comparison, significantly and qualitatively better than other mass-produced prints.
Fine Art Giclee Archival prints are on watercolor rag 315gram paper. This paper is really beautiful and has just enough texture to show the image perfectly! These inks are 100% archival and a 12 color process is used for perfect colors.
When purchasing printed artwork, it will come without mat or framing, unless otherwise specified.
Prints are protected in sleeves and cardboard, then put in flat boxes for shipping, up to size 16×20 inches.
I am currently only able to ship within the United States.
Gallery Wrapped Canvas prints of my artwork are printed with 100% archival inks using a 12 color process for excellent color quality. These prints are made to last with this process, printed on museum grade archival canvas, and with the clear coat satin varnish that gives just the right amount of sheen to show the image beautifully. Then, once dried, it is stretched over 1.5” gallery stretcher bars.
All canvases include protective backing and your choice of sawtooth or wire hanger.
Canvases are packaged in cardboard boxes, then protected with foam sheets.
Our products are shipped from the manufacturer, and processing, shipping, and delivery methods differ accordingly.
Cards – FED-EX
All products are packaged in resealable cellophane bags.
Processing time for cards is 3-5 business days, and shipping can take in addition 7-10 business days.
Journals – USPS
Processing time for these journals is 3-5 business days, and shipping can take in addition 7-10 business days.
Prints & Canvases – USPS
Paper prints are in foam sheets and cardboard sheets. then put in flat boxes up to 16×20 inches.
Canvases are packaged in cardboard boxes and protected in foam sheets.
Processing time for these prints and canvases is 3-5 business days, and shipping can take in addition 7-10 business days.

We offer free domestic shipping, and we are only able to ship in the USA at this time.
Expedited shipping differs per manufacturer. If you need expedited shipping options, please contact me first before placing your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@juliemogford.com and send your item to 6331 Higbee Mill, San Antonio, TX 78247
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@juliemogford.com
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Digital Product Purchases
Digital listings are digital files, typically in zipped format and do not contain any physical items. Since the files are downloadable, nothing will be mailed / shipped to you. You will receive a link to your purchase, and you can also access the digital files from your registered store account.
Nearly every free file, and all files in the shop will be in ZIP format. ZIP files are basically a compressed folder containing one or more files for easier delivery of multiple files for download.
To unzip files:
PC / Microsoft
Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.
Do one of the following:
a. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
orb. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac
To unzip, double click on the zipped folder and the computer will extract the folder for you.
All computer monitors display colors differently. Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product due to monitor calibration settings, printout settings and material type. I cannot guarantee your printer will print in the exact colors shown on your monitor.
