Digital listings are digital files, typically in zipped format and do not contain any physical items. My products will most likely be in a PDF or JPG format. Since the files are downloadable, nothing will be mailed / shipped to you.

1. Just visit the digital product page you want and complete the purchase.
2. We automatically send you to the download page where you can instantly download the purchased files.
3. We also email you a receipt that includes the link to the product download page for safe-keeping. You can use that link to download in the future if you didn't download directly after purchase.

Nearly every free file, and all files in the shop will be in ZIP format. ZIP files are basically a compressed folder containing one or more files for easier delivery of multiple files for download. 

To unzip files:

PC / Microsoft

Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.

Do one of the following:

a. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.

orb. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac

To unzip, double click on the zipped folder and the computer will extract the folder for you.

 All computer monitors display colors differently. Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product due to monitor calibration settings, printout settings and material type. I cannot guarantee your printer will print in the exact colors shown on your monitor.

Digital Products are available in certain options depending on their intended use. Certain artwork may only be available as Personal Use. Other fonts and clip-art may include purchase options for commercial use. You will see on the product page which license is available for the product, and read more about the parameters of each license on the License Options. 

All digital files are available for download after payment is processed.

Since the product is digital, no physical items will be shipped.

For DIGITAL products, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once you have downloaded your order unless a double purchase was made. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Thank you for understanding.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

– Submissions to magazines and websites for publication of projects you have created with my fonts or graphics

– Contests that grant prizes (money and/or gifts)

– For use to decorate your personal, non-profit / non-commercial website, blog or social media banner

– Sharing projects made with these designs on social media including publications and galleries
